Young rally stars conquered Bologna Motor Show
The young rally stars from Scandinavia conquered the Bologna Motor Show which took place last week in Italy. A part of the show was the 30th edition of the Memorial Bettega, named after famous Italian rally driver Attilio Bettega who lost his life in 1985. The 17-year-old Finnish young star Kalle Rovanperä is a double winner of rally events, winning both the main event Memorial Bettega and the Trofeo Pucci Grossi.
In both events Kalle Rovanperä, the son of former WRC driver Harri Rovanperä, beat another young star from Scandinavia, the 16-year-old Norwegian Oliver Solberg, a son of Petter Solberg. Teemu Suninen finished third in both races. All three drivers were driving Ford Fiesta RS WRC.
