Pole position for the last race was won by Shane van Gisbergen who was on top of his game all weekend. Too bad that Winterbottom is the star of the moment but van Gisbergen’s driving and skills are definitely worth attention. That is why was no surprise that he won the last race after 74 laps of almost perfect driving. Jamie Whincup was second and Rick Kelly third and 2015 V8 Supercars champion, Mark “Frosty” Winterbottom was forth. Craig Lowndes finished sixth in disappointing racing weekend which ruined his chances for title. Winterbottom has been awarded the 2015 V8 Supercars Championship trophy after the final race in Sydney this afternoon. This title is not only his first championship title but  also his Prodrive Racing team’s first championship win. Stay tuned for more coverage of 2015 V8 Supercars season and detail results and stories.
