Lynn and Latifi in DAMS for 2016
GP2 Series team DAMS has announced Alex Lynn and Nicholas Latifi as their drivers for the upcoming season.

The 22-year-old Englishman Lynn is 2014 GP3 Series champion, while 20-year-old Latifi will be first Canadian to drive for French team. Previously he has competed in Italian and British Formula 3, and also in Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain.

Combination of experience and talent
Le Mans based team, who is most successful in the last five years, won only third place in 2015 season, and decided to blend experience and talent for the next attempt of winning both Drivers’ and Teams’ championship titles.

Jean-Paul Driot, DAMS team chief, commented decision to chose this drivers line-up: “We continue with Alex, who consistently demonstrated his winning attitude throughout 2015 and will be leading the squad next year. We are also delighted to welcome Nicholas, who showed his speed during the recent Abu Dhabi test by setting the fastest time overall and will certainly surprise a few people during the coming season. With this mix of speed, enthusiasm and experience, DAMS is now ready to fight at the front in 2016.”
