Jean-Baptiste Dubourg is a French racing driver who competes for his own team in two different racing disciplines, the Trophee Andros ice racing championship and European Rallycross Championship.

He's a four-time Trophee Andros champion with consecutive triumphs in seasons 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018 and 2018/2019, driving Renault Clio or Renault Captur. In 2017, he entered World RX as a full-time entry for the first time, then switched to Euro RX in 2018.

Jean-Baptiste is a member of motorsport family, a son of the 1992 European Autocross champion Dominique Dubourg. His younger brother Andrea Dubourg is also a rallycross driver.

Euro RX debut in 2013, World RX debut in 2014

Jean-Baptiste recorded his first international outings in 2013, entering the French round of the European Rallycross Championship with Renault Clio S1600. He finished in the 8th place.

Next year, he debuted in the inaugural season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship, driving Citroën C4 Supercar in the French round at Circuit de Loheac. He was 15th, scoring two championship points.

2015 - scoring podiums both in the ERX and WRX

In 2015, Citroën C4 Supercar was his machine both in the European and World Championship. He spent a full season in the European Rallycross Championship. His best result was second place in the Italian round, which put him in 5th place in the final ERX standings.

In the same season, Dubourg participated in three World RX events, in Portugal, Sweden and France. He finished on a podium at Loheac RX, behind Timmy Hansen and Petter Solberg.

Maiden Trophee Andros title in 2016

Between seasons 2015 and 2016, Jean-Baptiste successfully participated in the Trophee Andros ice racing championship. He scored two wins and six podiums in a specially prepared Renault Clio, winning the championship ahead of Franck Lagorce and Benjamin Riviere. Jean-Baptiste's brother Andrea was his teammate in DA Racing team, finishing 8th in the final standings.

Four rallycross participations in 2016

In 2016, DA racing was running Citroen DS3 Supercar for Jean-Baptiste both in the European and World Rallycross Championship. He appeared at two World RX events, at Mettet and Barcelona, but without notable results. In the European Championship, he participated in two rounds, scoring one point at Hockenheim.

DA Racing's Renault Clio was the championship-winning car again in the 2016-2017 Trophee Andros season. Jean-Baptiste scored three wins and nine podiums, taking a title ahead of Jean-Philippe Dayraut and Olivier Panis. Together with his brother Andrea, Dubourg's teammate in one round was F1 star Romain Grosjean, who won the race at Alpe d'Huez.

Full World RX season in 2017, third Andros Trophy title in 2018

In 2017, Jean-Baptiste entered the full season in the World Rallycross Championship, driving the #87 Peugeot 208 WRX Supercar. He reached Semifinals in the season-opening round at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and then scored more points in four events. In total, he participated in ten events, finishing 16th in the final standings.

Between the seasons, he won the third consecutive title in the Andros Trophy, driving the #1 Renault Captur and winning five times in seven events.

In 2018, Dubourg didn't return to World Championship, participating full season in the European Rallycross Championship with Renault Clio Supercar. He was on a podium once, finishing fifth in the points.

Then, from December 2018 to February 2019, he raced with Renault Captur in the Trophee Andros ice racing championship and clinched his fourth consecutive title.
