Clio Cup, Clio Rally and Clio RX - new entry-level race cars are on sale now

Renault Sport Racing started the sale of three versions of the Renault Clio V race car, introduced earlier this year during the F1 French Grand Prix. Delivery of the Clio Cup, Clio Rally and Clio RX cars will begin in the first quarter of 2020.

The different versions of Renault Clio are designed for customer racing as entry-level models in circuit racing, rallycross and rallying. For all those interested, Clio RX will sell for €36,900 (+VAT), Clio Cup for €37,900 (+VAT) and Clio Rally for €42,000 (+VAT).

The cars will be delivered first to competitors entered in the trophies organised by Renault Sport Racing and its affiliated promotors according to the start of their respective seasons, before those destined to customers who want to compete in private programmes in other disciplines.

Renault Clio race car features a dynamic look derived from Clio R.S. Line and is using a new 4-cylinder 1330cc turbo engine with 180hp. The 5-speed sequential gearbox is fitted to the engine, exporting 300 Nm of maximum torque. The weight of each car is different, according to the respective rules of their disciplines. They are also using different tyres.
