Audi Continues in DTM: Feller to Compete in 2025
Swiss racing driver Ricardo Feller will join the DTM grid in 2025 with the new Porsche customer team, Allied Racing. After three seasons with Audi and Abt Sportsline, the 24-year-old makes the switch to Porsche, where he has been signed as an official contract driver.
Allied Racing, known from the GT Masters and GT World Challenge Europe, is entering DTM with two Porsche 911 GT3 R cars. Alongside Feller, 21-year-old Danish driver Bastian Buus, the 2023 Porsche Supercup champion, will pilot the second car.
“It has always been my dream to race for Porsche,” said Feller about his new challenge.
The move to Porsche presents Feller with new opportunities, and he hopes to build on his ricapast successes in DTM.
Porsche Strengthens DTM Presence
With Allied Racing joining the series, Porsche expands its DTM presence. Manthey Racing is also expected to continue competing, though its driver lineup remains unconfirmed. Thomas Preining, the 2023 DTM champion and a Porsche factory driver, is set to enter his fourth season in 2025.
Audi Faces Uncertain Future
As Abt Sportsline prepares to switch to Lamborghini and Audi’s factory driver lineup ends, the German manufacturer’s future in DTM is uncertain. Chris Reinke, head of Audi Customer Racing, has admitted that the chances of seeing Audi customer teams in the 2025 DTM season are slim.
