Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team announces today its line-up of drivers for the 2018 Formula 1 World Championship season.
The team retained Marcus Ericsson for his fifth season in F1 and signed Formula 2 champion Charles Leclerc as a new driver. Antonio Giovinazzi will serve as the third and reserve driver.
The announcement was made during a presentation of new team, which is formed after the Swiss-based Sauber F1 Team started a technical partnership with Italian manufacturer Alfa Romeo. The Italian company also becomes naming sponsor, although the team will continue to use Ferrari engines.
