Andrew Jordan again in World RX round at Lydden Hill

Andrew Jordan, a 2013 British Touring Car Champion, is set to return to  rallycross, a sport he started eleven years ago. Jordan will join Team Peugeot-Hansen for the British round of the FIA World Rallycross Championship at Lydden Hill (22-24 May).

Jordan is slated to drive a Peugeot 208 WRX as a third pilot and a wildcard entry in the event, alongside regular Peugeot-Hansen drivers Timmy Hansen and Davy Jeanney. Jordan will compete at Lydden Hill for the second year running, after last years’ stunning performance and third place overall with Olsbergs MSE’s Ford Fiesta. Jordan won the British Rallycross Supercar Championship in 2007 before moving to touring cars.

Last week, Andrew Jordan was invited by the team to Dreux (France) for a day of testing with all the members of the French/Swedish Team. Speaking about the day, Jordan said: “The Peugeot 208 felt incredible and I am exited to be given this opportunity to race in the FIA World Rallycross Championship again this year with such a great team.
