Toomas ‘Topi’ Heikkinen was the best qualifier on the first day and after that, he became the first event winner in Titans RX history. In the five-lap final race, he defeated Kevin Hansen, Jerome Grosset-Janin, Hayden Paddon, Andreas Steffen and Ronny C’Rock.

Timmy Hansen, the current leader in the FIA World Rallycross Championship, who also participates in the new series, was the biggest name to miss out on the first Titans RX final. In his semifinal his car struggled to get off the line because of the tough weather conditions. He did recover but finished a second adrift of a transfer spot.

On Day 2, Hansen showed his quality and took a dominant victory in the Final. After topping qualifying, the young Swede won his semi-final and then defeated his brother Kevin in the Final. Toomas Heikkinen completed the podium of the second day. The other three finalists were Jerome Grosset-Janin, Lukas ‘Csu Csu’ Kornel and Craig Breen.

Together with drivers who qualified for final races, the other participants were French rallycross champion Antoine Mase, former F1 driver Nelson Piquet Jr., Italian rally star Tamara Molinaro and Austrian rallycross veteran Reini Sampl.
