Nobuharu Matsushita (Carlin) and Sergio Sette Camara (DAMS) are the winners of two FIA Formula 2 Championship races at Red Bull Ring, in the sixth round of the season. For Matsushita, it’s the third F2 victory in a career after he won two times in 2017. Camara also scored his maiden F2 win in 2017 and today he scored his second F2 victory in a career.

Luca Ghiotto (UNI-Virtuosi Racing) and championship leader Nyck De Vries (ART Grand Prix) climbed to the podium two times in Austria. Ghiotto was second and De Vries was third both in Saturday’s Feature Race and Sunday’s Sprint Race.

The hero of the Sprint Race was Mick Schumacher who started from P18 after frustrating Feature Race and then made fantastic progress to P4 at the finish line, what is his best result in the F2 rookies season.

De Vries stayed on the top of the F2 Championship classification with 152 points, 37 more than the second-placed Nicholas Latifi, who finished ninth and sixth in two Austrian races. DAMS leads among the teams, ahead of UNI-Virtuosi Racing and ART Grand Prix.
