Frikadelli Racing wins the 49. Adenauer ADAC Rundstrecken-Trophy, the fourth round of the 2018 VLN Endurance racing championship (Langstreckenmeisterschaft Nürburgring).

It’s the second win in a row for the team, following the victory in the previous round two weeks ago when Lance David Arnold and Felipe Fernandez Laser triumphed in the 60th ADAC ACAS H &ampR race. This time, Lance David Arnold was sharing the #31 Porsche 911 GT3 R with Norbert Siedler.

A duo in the #31 Porsche set the fastest lap in the qualifying and converted pole position into the victory after four hours of racing. They crossed the finish line with a minute and a half advantage over the #11 Ferrari 488 GT3 of Wochenspiegel Team Monschau, driven by Leonard Weiss, Christian Menzel and Nico Menzel. Another Wochenspiegel Team Monschau car finished in the third place, the #22 Ferrari driven by Georg Weiss, Oliver Kainz and Jochen Krumbach.

134 cars started today’s race. The next VLN endurance series race would be the Rowe 6h ADAC Ruhr-Pokal-Rennen, scheduled for August 18.
