NASCAR Cup Series: Third win in a row for Kevin Harvick

Kevin Harvick entered the Victory Lane for the fourth time this season, the third time in a row in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, after winning the TicketGuardian 500 at ISM Raceway at Phoenix. For the driver of the #4 Stewart-Haas Racing Ford Fusion, it’s the 40th Cup Series win in a career and his ninth win at Phoenix.

Harvick beat Kyle Busch to the finish line by 0.774 seconds in a race which he led for 38 laps. Busch was the leader for 128 laps, also winning the Stage 1. The Stage 2 winner was Kurt Busch who finished tenth at the end.

The #4 Ford is again the first at finish line

After starting tenth, Kevin Harvick came to the lead for the first time on Lap 179. After that, he fought against Kyle Busch who lost a race due to a mistake on his final green-flag pit stop which cost him few seconds. He eventually progressed to P2 but he could get no closer.

Chase Elliott finished third ahead of two Toyotas of Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex Jr. Clint Bowyer, Aric Almirola, Daniel Suarez, Erik Jones and Kurt Busch completed the top 10.
