European Le Mans Series at Paul Ricard: Debut victory for Dallara P217

The Russian team SMP Racing, which has several ELMS GT titles on its account, scored their debut LMP2 class victory today in the 4 Hours of Le Castellet at Circuit Paul Ricard, the fourth round of the 2017 European Le Mans Series. The winning drivers in the #27 car were Matevos Isaakyan and Egor Orudzhev. It was also the first ever victory for all-new Dallara P217-Gibson prototype, which debuted this year.

John Falb and Sean Rayhall took their second win of the season in the LMP3 category, driving the #2 Ligier JS P3-Nissan for United Autosports. The winners of the LMGTE category was, for the second race in a row, are Matt Griffin, Duncan Cameron and Aaron Scott in the #55 Spirit of Race Ferrari 488 GTE.
