Kyle Busch makes history at Brickyard
Kyle Busch made history at Indianapolis after he became the first driver who won both Xfinity and Sprint Cup races starting from pole position.
Kyle Busch was absolutely dominant through the Brickyard 400 race. He led 141 of 170 laps to score his fourth Cup victory in 2016. In the closing laps several cautions caused some tactical changes but the leaders did well to save fuel for the final stage of the race marked by numerous restarts.
Joe Gibbs Racing cars were almost perfect at Brickyard. Busch won the race, Matt Kenseth finished second while Denny Hamlin was fourth, sandwiching Jimmie Johnson at third position.
